We do offer refunds if you request one in writing and within 72 hours of original purchase. Once your Business Health Assessment has been emailed from our system, we can no longer provide refunds due to the digital nature of the product and the intellectual value it contains. Every report is custom-built from your financial data, which means once it’s created, it cannot be retracted or resold.
